Shipping and Returns

Delivery & Shipping: Delivery times will be determined by the customer before the start of production. If a rush service is desired it will be made known at that time. All delivery dates will be noted on the order/purchase order. Production starts after a approved proof has been received via facsimile or email. Please make sure that your method of shipping and ship date coincide with the delivery date you noted on your purchase order. Any and all changes desired regarding the ship to address or shipping method must be submitted in writing and received via facsimile or email. Once your order is given to the specified carrier for delivery it becomes the customerÌs property. Any claims for lost or damaged property must be filed with the carrier directly by the customer. Please note that the transit time for shipping is ALWAYS additional to the production turnaround time and it is therefore advised that this be taken into account when placing an order. In any event Perfect Plastic Cards, Inc. is not liable for any product delivery and for any damage, losses, injuries and claims.

All produced Plastic Cards must be delivered when completed. If the customer is unable to accept delivery of product immediately, Perfect Plastic Cards will charge a storage fee of $50 per day. Storage fees are payable before shipment of product. If storage is needed, Perfect Plastic Cards is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or stolen product.

Our shipping method, depending on delivery location, will be made via either UPS, Federal Express or DHL.

Returns: Any claims for refunds are at the sole discretion of Perfect Plastic Cards. In order to be considered, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. A factory return authorization number must accompany the return request. Perfect Plastic Cards is not responsible for any loss of revenue or any other losses associated with a customerÌs intended use of the ordered materials
