Proofs: Mandatory on every order before production can begin. Pre-production email proofs must be returned via facsimile or email. Once the email proof is approved and print production commences, we cannot cancel the order or provide a refund.
Print Method: Every plastic product order is manufactured by offset printing or thermal printing.
Production: Production will start when all of the following are met: all print-ready artwork is uploaded, full payment is received or other suitable mutually acceptable payment arrangements have been made and when the proof received either by facsimile or email. Production turnaround for orders and/or proofs that are approved after 12pm Noon EST is counted starting the next business day. While we take careful measures to meet your target finished date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipments, illness, inclement weather and other unforeseen occurrences may impact our ability to meet your deadline. We will not be held liable for any damages, claims, injuries and or losses or for any other reason what so ever in the purchase of plastic cards, printed, and or unprinted media of any type. All cards are shipped, delivered and received as is and the transaction will be considered complete.
Delivery & Shipping: Delivery times will be determined by the customer before the start of production. If a rush service is desired it will be made known at that time. All delivery dates will be noted on the order/purchase order. Production starts after a approved proof has been received via facsimile or email. Please make sure that your method of shipping and ship date coincide with the delivery date you noted on your purchase order. Any and all changes desired regarding the ship to address or shipping method must be submitted in writing and received via facsimile or email. Once your order is given to the specified carrier for delivery it becomes the customerÌs property. Any claims for lost or damaged property must be filed with the carrier directly by the customer. Please note that the transit time for shipping is ALWAYS additional to the production turnaround time and it is therefore advised that this be taken into account when placing an order. In any event Perfect Plastic Cards, Inc. is not liable for any product delivery and for any damage, losses, injuries and claims.
All produced Plastic Cards must be delivered when completed. If the customer is unable to accept delivery of product immediately, Perfect Plastic Cards will charge a storage fee of $50 per day. Storage fees are payable before shipment of product. If storage is needed, Perfect Plastic Cards is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or stolen product.
Our shipping method, depending on delivery location, will be made via either Purolator, UPS, Federal Express or DHL.
Artwork: An email quotation of your job will be sent to you prior to proceeding with your design. You will have the option to modify your art design in order to avoid any additional charges.
Pricing: Pricing and product offerings can change at any time without notice.
Promotion Rights: Perfect Plastic Cards maintains the right to use any item it manufactures in any promotion and collateral materials.
Calendar Holidays: Production schedules are made excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. These days are NOT included when calculating the turnaround time for your order. If a special instance occurs it will need to be indicated in advance on the purchase order.
Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time you place your order. We accept checks, Master Card, Visa, American express (2.5%surcharge) and Paypal. Orders over $2000 a 2% fee will apply if paying by credit card. No fee if paying by email transfer or wire. If paying by check your order will not begin until the check has cleared our bank.
Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of the type of product we manufacture, no refunds will be granted once we begin your order, unless authorized by us. Any refunds given will be at the sole discretion of our company. No partial refunds will be given for work not completed. If a refund is granted then a 20% disposal fee will apply.

Self Personalization: If you plan to enhance your card order by encoding on a magnetic strip, embossing, typing or writing on a panel. Please notify our factory prior to the start of your job. We want to ensure the appropriate materials are used.
Ink Matches: Color Swatch Match: No guarantees of color relative to processes not within our control, such as customer monitors, color print outs, supplied printed samples, etc. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
Pre-Production Proofs: Indemnification: All material provided to Perfect Plastic Cards whether it is copyrighted, patented, trademarked or is intellectual property, is assumed to have the proper authorization needed to be reproduced. The customer acknowledges that they are the legal owner and/or licensee of all submitted artwork and relinquishes Perfect Plastic Cards of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement.
Returns: Any claims for refunds are at the sole discretion of Perfect Plastic Cards. In order to be considered, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. A factory return authorization number must accompany the return request. Perfect Plastic Cards is not responsible for any loss of revenue or any other losses associated with a customerÌs intended use of the ordered materials.
